Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. Orders placed for addresses outside these countries will be canceled and refunded.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada, with no minimum purchase required.

Processing Time & Order Modifications
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment network immediately to ensure prompt shipping. Once an order has been dispatched or sent to fulfillment, it cannot be modified, redirected, or canceled. If you need to make changes, please email support@sleepandhappy.com immediately after placing your order.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 7-12 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons and holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. We cannot replace or refund items shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated for 15 or more business days, or shows delivered but was not received, please contact our support team at support@sleepandhappy.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will trace the shipment and issue a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.

Delivered Items & Returns
Once an order has been delivered, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size/style, or change of mind. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging shipping label.

Customs and Duties (Canada)
Canadian orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
